Inkrise Refund & Return Policy
At Inkrise, every product is made to order with Printful’s fulfillment. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (wrong size, wrong color choice, etc.).
We accept returns only if:
The item arrives damaged.
The print quality is defective.
You received the wrong product.
If any of the above happens, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at inkrise7@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We’ll work with Printful to send a replacement at no extra cost.
Note: Since all items are custom-printed, we do not offer refunds for size issues. Please check the size guide before ordering.
